Juneteenth Parade in Odessa, TX 2023

The Black Cultural Council of Odessa Presents the Juneteenth Parade on Saturday, June 17 and begins at 7pm.

Parade line up location: Intersection of Pool Road and South Dixie Blvd.

Parade Route: North on Dixie Blvd. to Murphy St and go East on Murphy street to Barrett Drive.

Prizes: 1st Place: $300, 2nd place: $200, 3rd place: $100
