The Sandhills Stock Show and Rodeo is celebrating 90 Years Strong!
The Sandhills Stock Show and Rodeo will run from from January 5-14th at the Ector County Coliseum. This rodeo kicksoff the new year for the Texas stock show circuit and rodeo season. Stock show exhibitors from all over the Lonestar State will fill the livestock barn starting opening day. Livestock shows include Jr Market Steers, Jr Heifer, Jr Market Lambs, and Jr Market Goats. The Sandhill’s Steer Show is the ONLY Junior Livestock Show in the state of Texas which is exclusively for Herford cattle.
The 2023 rodeo welcomes back 10x Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association’s (PRCA) Bullfighter of the Year, Dusty Tuckness.
