Downtown Masterplan Public Unveiling

Join the City of Odessa, the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1 (TIRZ) Board, and Downtown Odessa, Inc. for a public presentation of the updated downtown masterplan. Light refreshments will be served and door prizes from some fantastic downtown businesses will be given out!
