From Lone Star to Leading Star: Exploring the History of Texas

On November 14, the Institute will host best-selling author Stephen Harrigan for a JBS Distinguished Lecture entitled From Lone Star to Leading Star: Exploring the History of Texas. The lecture will cover material from Harrigan’s most recent book, Big Wonderful Thing: A History of Texas. The lecture will be held in the J. Conrad Dunagan Library at UT Permian Basin and will begin at 7:00 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
