On October 28th, we will have our big family Halloween event from 4:00-6:30 in the afternoon at
the Noël Heritage Plaza park next to the bookstore. We are located at 321 W. 5th St. We will
hand out candy, books, toys and more. We look forward to seeing your spooky costumes. Do not
