Odessa Arts in partnership with United Grocery Stores & Market Street, brings the inaugural MuralFest to Downtown Odessa. This community event is meant to celebrate art in all forms while providing an opportunity to connect with the art community across Texas. Whether you’re a local or visiting Odessa for the first time, this event is for you.
