Parade starts at 17th & Grant and ends at 9th & Grant at 6pm.

TACO & TEQUILA FESTIVAL

September 16 • Downtown Odessa • 4pm
Celebrate Mexican Independence Day at the Taco & Tequila Festival in Downtown Odessa with vendor booths, delicious food, live concert by The Como La Flor Band, a kids zone and more!
