FortyOneTen Odessa: A light and healthy meal! I like to have the avocado toast! It’s filling and delicious. What I like about this restaurant is the owner’s personal touch on specialty meals and infused cocktails that he creates himself. He recently made our group Pop Rock Mimosas. You can not find drinks like this anywhere! He leads by example to his staff,  personal interactions with customers to ensure they are having an enjoyable meal and drinks.
