We understand that large groups in a storytime can be overwhelming for some of our patrons. So we have partnered with Share, who work with Special Needs families in the Permian Basin for a Sensory Friendly Storytime with a couple of books, a few songs, and craft or sensory toys to play with after storytime.

Children's Department will be hosting "Read to Felix" Event. Felix is a therapy dog that loves to be read to. This will be located at the 3rd floor Children's Department, Thursday at 4:00 pm.
On October 28th, we will have our big family Halloween event from 4:00-6:30 in the afternoon at the Noël Heritage Plaza park next to the bookstore. We are located at 321 W. 5th St. We will hand out candy, books, toys and more. We look forward to seeing your spooky costumes. Do not miss it!
